We really didn't want to give them one star. It appears the communication within the company is a bit sketchy! When you ask for a certain size label - the owner (Shawn) advised there is a die cut fee of $600 for a very popular size. You let it go for a while and make the call after a few weeks when you ask a different staff member.... She responds with yes, we have that size - how many would you like? Very interesting. In the end, the quality isn't the best, their turn around time lacks and overall very poor communication. Would NOT recommend.

Had Alliance print about 35 large scale architectural drawings--some of which were very old and very precious. It can be a tricky process with old drawings but Alliance staff--particularly Catherine (Cat), went above and beyond to make sure they weren't damaged in the process--and they did it very quickly. Much appreciated!
