Yes I Went in they said they had the equipment coming in 2 weeks ago they took my name and a week later i phoned and they again took my name and then third week i went in and they had not called me and i went in again and they wanted my name because they still had not contacted me . This very poor business

2.5 hrs late to drop me a lift, I sat and watched the gate to let them in. They did not let me know at all it was going to be late. Very unprofessional and huge waste of my time.
