Receptionist was rude and had quite the attitude. The Dr. was incredibly unhelpful and didn't seem like she knew what she was doing.

I've been to other skin specialists that give you the run around. She is so experienced she can identify and help resolve the issues easily. The waiting areas and rooms are full of art. She herself is a piece of art ! She not only serves her clients with excellence, but does so much and supports the community. Extremely supportive by her generousity!

Just spoke with the receptionist on the phone, not very helpfull and has an attitude! Is it part of the job description at medical centres that you need not apply if you dont have an attitude! What a delight she was!

I have been seeing Dr Mackay for around 25 years. Our whole family has skin issues and Dr Mackay has been very helpful keeping our issues under control. She is prompt, to the point and direct. I have no concerns with her.

Building is an interesting place, old and very large, don't see many offices like this anymore, huge and comfortable waiting room. Not a lot of parking out front, but there are a few spots; might be better off parking on the street as the lot is cramped and you'll need to back onto the street in order to leave, can get dicey.
