Teresa was great to work with!My husband and I were definitely not on the same page, but she helped us figure out what would work for both of us. Randy the carpet installer also did a wonderful job. Skilled and quality work!

these guys are the best ! Teresa was awesome to work with. She had great communication throughout our whole process. The flooring we picked out was discontinued but she was able to search around and find just enough in Canada still! She went above and beyond for us and made this experience a lot more enjoyable! I would definitely recommend carpet One!

We recently carpeted the upper level of our home. The minute we walked in the door at Kjellberg Carpet One in Buffalo we were taken care of immediately! Teresa and her team are helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Teresa came to our home three times to make sure we had the right color of carpet! They are amazing! Had our carpet installed on Monday and Tuesday our son got sick on it. What a way to break it in.After following the booklet on how to clean it, stain is still there, so I reached out to the store. Kara (?spelling) went above and beyond. The carpet we purchased has a 25 year warranty so she reached out to 3M for us and explained the situation. Not only are they sending a cleaning kit but they are also sending someone to clean it and if that doesn't work it will be replaced. Talk about service!!!I have already recommended Kjellberg to others, as thier customer service has been amazing from the start. I will definitely use them again in the future for our flooring needs and suggest you stop in to see for yourself.Kara, thank you again for your help and thoughtfulness.

Best place to get flooring! We had luxury plank vinyl flooring installed in our living room, offices and open areas, new plush carpeting in our family room, bedrooms and hall, plus new stair carpeting. Our experience was great throughout the entire process. Teresa was great and listened to what we wanted and gave us tons of options. There was no pressure for sales. She is a pleasure to work with. The installers went above and beyond, especially Lonnie and Leroy. They even did extra work that most other flooring companies would not have to ensure that the final product looked great. We could not be happier with the end product and the entire process. Highly recommend!
