I visited this location at 9 pm on a Saturday night. I was seated quickly despite the fact the restaurant was busy.I ordered a chicken wrap with salad and fries. I was informed by my server who was 18 years old, and incredible at his job, that they were out of avocado. I asked if they would discount the avocado cost from the bill. He stated he would speak with the manager.When it came time to pay the bill, he stated his manager said they cannot discount the price of the avocado from the bill.I was going to pay full price regardless but wanted to see if they would do it for several reasons. The first being how accountable are they with their inventory and supplier systems and second, how do they value their customers.The worst part of this situation was the manager sent the 18 year old waiter over to me and failed to visit my table herself in an attempt to explain why they couldn’t meet my request. That demonstrates total lack of accountability and leadership. I, without question, would have walked to the table and explained my position and decision to the guests face to face.Overall the food was correct, tasty, hot, served in under 13 minutes.The peach wheat ale was incredible, correctly poured and the temperature was also, to my standards on point.

Fish was tasty and crunchy on the outside. Service was good, I’d come back for fish and chips. The shrimp was pretty good too!

Loved the vibe of the restaurant. The food was 7/10 but I tried their Joe patio drink which was 10/10Service was slow, we were waiting for food for almost 45-50 mins however our server was super friendly and nice.Dessert price was unacceptable compared to the quantity for a slice of cinnamon cheesecake.So giving 3/5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I had a great lunch at Original Joe's. The chicken caesar salad was fresh and flavorful, and the service was friendly and attentive. The cozy atmosphere made for a pleasant dining experience. I would definitely recommend it for a casual lunch with friends or colleagues.

I spoke to a “manager regarding the nachos on door dash and they no longer offer that as an option because of complaints based on late delivery and May cause sogginess. I asked if it would be possible for the manager to make an exception and adjust another dish as the nachos for my order to accommodate and without even thinking of how that can work she shut it down and wouldn’t do it. Very strange since other restaurants are usually the ones who would try and resolve the issue with suggestions and that usually would be a good resolution. That unfortunately was the difference maker in my decision for a dinner that would have cost over $120 easily. Wont order from a place that won’t even suggest a resolution for their customers.

Me and my friend went out for dinner Sunday night and had the best experience with are server Jade. She was the BEST!!! Very sweet and attentive made sure we had everything we needed at all times plus she gave us the best recommendations (try the cheesecake!!) I've been to ojs a number of times but never had this level of amazing service give this lady a raise:)

We used to dine at the Langley location frequently but had never been to this location until this weekend. I have honestly never had a bad meal at O.J.’s. Our food was consistent to our previous experiences at Langley. I ordered the Jack Daniel’s BBQ Burger which was absolutely delicious and my partner got the Chicken Bruschetta Pasta which is very delicious. It wasn’t too crowded or noisy, and the service was top notch. Our server Mattias was fantastic! I wish there were more Original Joe’s location throughout the lower mainland. A very underrated chain restaurant in my opinion.

My wife and I visited this location for the time last night and it was a wonderful experience. Our server, Tony walked us through the menu and daily specials, suggested some of his favourite food/drink items and made time to genuinely connect with us despite having what seemed to be several other tables. We will definitely be visiting OJ’s Cloverdale more often!

We've always enjoyed our meals at Original Joe's. The menu items are always very well prepared, and generous portion sizes. Can't beat their happy hour selections. Food is reasonably priced, it's not as expensive as some of the other larger chain restaurants. They have TV's on the wall to enjoy watching sports, and on some nights it can get quite loud inside. Overall, a nice unpretentious place to go and enjoy a good meal.
