Parking here on Victoria Day which obviously is a public holiday but being charged for $25 for 5 hours parking. The assistant said Victoria Day is not a public holiday.

Clearance sign is just high enough to enter in a standard, stock truck but you can’t get out of the garage without scratching the roof. Clearance sign must be lifted, do not take trucks in this parking garage. Payment machines are also horrid.

18+ hours just to add 300kms of range. It's not a true level 2 system.It was not bad several months ago but not anymore after trying 3 times in 3 months. And 1 is broke as off Jan 23rd 2023.

As an overnight worker who has parked many times around the city, my experience with this lot was awful. I was charged the full days rate of $18 when I parked at 5pm, plus the overnight fee of of $7 which begins at 6pm.

Due to a system malfunction I had to pay for a ticket I never got and both the security guard as well as the customer service were useless at solving this problem as apparently there are no security cameras on siteI will never park here again

Extremely good price compared to most underground parking.Signage inside is kinda confusing at first to find the street access.

It is managed by Target Park. It's not safe, they don't have enough security, vandals and thieves get in the parking area easily and spray paint cars, break the glass windows and steal stuff.

Parked here for 2 weeks straight during the day on level p1 and no issues so far. It's actually pretty clean and brightly lit. Walking out of the garage can be tricky. It is expensive, didn't see an early bird special, One morning the garage door was broken so you couldn't get in, which was a major and dangerous inconvenience, as I had to back up a very steep hill. If you will be parking here everyday a monthly pass is more economical. I was able to reach customer service by phone on my second attempt probably on a different day too. It worked out well so far
