My cousin and I went to this location on Saturday April 8th at around 4pm, we went to exchange a ring that my cousin bought. The sales associate who greeted us came off really nice and was complimenting us but as soon as she found out we have an exchange/return she immediately lost interest in helping us. She pretty much told us that because it was not possible to exchange since it was a week after the 60 days mark so we had to plead with her to ask her manager who actually did not mind going through with the exchange. Anyway we proceeded to look at options, a few minutes later a customer she was helping before came back and that person said she doesn't mind waiting for her to finish with us but the sales associate asked us if she can leave us and if we can come back later since our transaction was not a sale" for her. We did not mind and we said that we would go back and hour later which we did and when we went she was with another client and she told us she can't leave her client. So she can leave us but not another client. Disgusting behavior honestly. NEVER going back again."

♠♠ I don't usually write bad reviews, because I know that all companies deal with ISSUES , but this time I leave this because it serves as an ALERT, and they better train their employees.♠♠ Managers need to take CUSTOMER SERVICE SERIOUSLY.We bought a watch at Peoples Vaughn and I should have sent it to Barrie.They were unable to coordinate delivery between the two stores. without answers, and even having the WATCH there, SOMETHING CANNOT BE SOLVED. We as fools customers had to go back many times to get what we paid for, which was not available.There was no discount, no attention from the company. PEOPLEs, should increase the attention in their customer experience, since they don't sell trinkets???

Talia was beyond amazing! I went in looking for a band for my mom she helped me and was beyond amazing to me. She gave me my space and didn’t push to make a sale. I highly recommend Talia if you ever go shopping at Peoples

I do not recommend this store!!!! the store did not have the right size in stock, so we were offered to order my size to the store, the seller announced the waiting time of 3-5 days. after 5 days we called the store, we were told to call on Monday. On this day we call, we were told that the order is ready and you can come to pick it up. we drove 20km to the store. Arriving girl Marie says: your order is not ready, wait 8-14!! weeks.to our question why it was said to take the ring - there was no adequate answer. suggestions to solve the problem too. maximum indifference to our situation. We needed a ring for a wedding on a certain date. We end up with nothing! and no one was even able to help solve this problem. they don't care about customers.The situation is terrible, I'm crying, I don't have the ring by the right time, the store doesn't care about it!

I went to the store this morning to do my wedding ring diamond check. The lady that assisted me said my band is not registered on the system..Though I had that since 2018 when we got married and have it checked since then at Yorkdale and Eaton location with no problems..That’s why we left and I took my rings to her and never allow her to check my rings..Never going back with that store..So frustrated.

I was very pleased with the service my wife and I had purchasing serval items from Jenny. She was very patient and very knowledgeable on her products.I highly recommend this store to anyone I think you will the atmosphere very pleasant to spend on yourself or a loved one as I did for my wife.Nice Jenny thank you

Talia was very helpful. She showed me all the rings which I wanted to see and explained different things to me. Whenever I ever go back to Peoples store in Vaughan, I will definitely will seek her out. The fives stars are all for her extraordinary customer services.

So i go to drop off a chain for repair for which we bought a lifetime warranty. The old Italian lady trys to sell me a new one instead of repairing the old one! lol ,, why would i buy a new one? i like my current one, and thats why i bought a warranty!then i go to pick it up today, and i see the same lady. I tell her im here to pick up a repaired chain. she says oh 1 sec, asks someone else if they need help, they reply no they are just looking" then continues to just stand there

The service here sucks. They took 25 mins to even notice I was here and still didn’t service me. The mid hight lady with brown hair and brown / gold lens glasses was rude. Asked for help and she told us to wait while she’s helping a customer then proceeded to do 10 other things while not even giving us a heads up she’ll be with us shortly. She then asked for ID for the pick up order and rudely took it from my hand. The service here is horrible
