Went there on a Saturday. They had a long line up but you can actually just grab a number and sit down inside. Staffs are very quick and efficient. They understand the process very well and are always looking to go an extra mile for you. They are friendly too.

Super poor and terrible signage on the outside of the mall. Not clear which entrance to find the ministry office. Yet, once in extremely efficient and pleasant staff sorted me out quickly and no dillydally. It was extremely impressive.

Unfortunately I witnessed a horrendous employee tell a special needs human being who had been waiting in line long before I even got there be told because they didn’t take a number and was waiting in line patiently that they would not be seen due to not having said number. Very unclear to take a number as I had to ask another person if I should take one. The special needs human being was very distraught and left very upset clearly due to waiting for nothing. I have never been more disgusted by this treatment of a human being who clearly wasn’t as able bodied as I am nor would have the confidence to ask someone what the correct procedure was. The employee in question was absolutely disgusting and should be reprimanded and removed from this position. The special needs human being will now need to return another day due to this absurd treatment. I recommend you never attend this service ontario. This is the capital of Canada and these pretentious employees think it’s okay to treat special needs HUMANS in this manner. This was the most disgusting and horrendous treatment of a human being I have ever seen by public service employee. Do not frequent this location. I still am visibly upset on how this HUMAN was treated. I went to go look for them as I wanted to give them my number but they had already left clearly upset. These employees need a refresher on how to treat humans as they are not the judge nor the juror of how people get served. Especially when it was clear that this human has special needs. Unbelievable treatment.

Very well run. I watched staff efficiently and cheerfully cycle people through. My turn came up much more quickly than I had anticipated. Shyla was cheerful and friendly but wasted no time in replacing a lost trailer registration. The supervisor there is brilliant and is one of the best reasons to support private sector delivery of some government services.

They don't process health card in this branch if you are on a work permit. After taking token and waiting for more than 30 minutes when I reached counter she coolly told I have to go to downtown office and they don't do it here. I thought I can get it done on weekends but I need to waste one day leave now to get my health card done ☹️☹️

Came here on Saturday after Remembrance Day and it’s fascinating how quickly they moved the entire line along!Based on my quick math… they processed over 400 clients in 2 hours!Big s/o to Shayla for her efficient, knowledgeable and effective service!

I am always impressed and pleasantly surprised when I visit this Service Ontario location. The staff always seem helpful, friendly and efficient, and although the queue is long, they work their way through it quite quickly. Kudos for the great service!
