We used this business for our cottage opening. Landon was helpful and extremely likeable. This past month we have been in need of help with a clogged pipe from the toilet. Firstly, calls were not returned. I e-mailed Landon and he replied. I acknowledged that he may be busy and asked for a referral if this were the case. My husband phoned after having a response to explain the issue and was told someone would try to get out that day. We heard nothing. A week later we arrived at the cottage and the plumber had not been there yet. We have since tried to contact Landon and we have had no response. I chose this company based on the stellar reviews. We have since found another plumber.

He was very friendly, professional, and quickly got the parts he needed and fixed up my issue. Called Archer Plumbing to install a new toilet and to troubleshoot a problem with my water heater. Response was both prompt and professional. The toilet was installed and the water heater was repaired. The problem with the water heater turned out to be that the heater was not receiving the required voltage to run both heating units. Landon stayed to identify the problem and determine a solution. I recommend his services.

I had a hot water tank leak. He came right on time at 8 am in a snowstorm to help. Turns out it as a completely different problem (furnace condensate pump was jammed). He figured it out in minutes and fixed it. Charged a very small fee. I would recommend him highly. Thanks!
