Pricing and schedualing was fair. Got my bike in within a week to get 2 tires replaced. When I got my bike back my rims were full of scratches that were not there when I dropped it off. Front rim actually had 2 really big gouges in it from the tire machine. Called them up to tell them about it and they said they would dismount the tire and have it fixed. When I got my bike back the second time they had just used touch up paint to fix" my wheel. Not very happy about the "fix". Will not be going back."

A generous 1 star at that.cost me another 1500 at the dealership to undo the damage they inflicted on my bike. The guy who worked on my bike is a hack. Strongly recommend anyone who loves their bike go elsewhere. Be forewarned.

Awesome shop. Very quick to get my Street Glide in for service on installing new rear shocks. Quoted me an hour and only took 30 minutes so only charged 30 minutes, that's unheard of nowadays and its awesome. They also have a really cool clothing store and parts shop so of course I was able to get a deal on some new clothing. Very easy to get to in Chrysler, lots of parking, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has a Harley or any other bike.

Heard great things about this place , so thought to give it a try needed my rear Tire replaced ,got appointment to get replaced and hope a new place to get bike worked on , drove 90 mins to get there and when I got there and was told had to cancel my appointment , which I understand stuff happens but they had my phone number and could of called me to tell me instead of driving all the way there very unprofessional to make someone drive there and I was supposed to leave the next day a trip with the bike,. Don't recommend because peot were there they could of called

Great service from Pierre. Quickly identified the issue with my bike and explained what the process would be and what could go wrong. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest.This shop is definitely worth the drive from Ottawa.
