This is going to be an amazing neighborhood once the final phases get underway. By 2020, this neighborhood will be classified as an entertainment district packed full of fun nightlife, restaurants, recreation centers and coffee shops. With a beautiful view, this will be an awesome place to call home when everything is up and running.

I have not been to the sales office, I'm basing my review on the company that's building the river district. I had the pleasure to work for Wesgroup a few times over the last year. Always good to work with a company that's building quality .

As it was mentioned previously this is the Sales Presentation Centre. Pics of the the river and more don't represent the Sales Presentation Centre any more than a review of a foody app includes pics of a restaurant and it's staff instead of the foody app itself. Time to report those photos as not a photo of the place" to Google."

The East Fraserlands is often overlooked as a destination or even a place to live. But when you spend time down here you realize what an amazing community it is..and is becoming. There are 10,000 homes planned for this area and four new parks are set to be built in 2018. One of the best things is to come down here on a summer evening as the sun is going down and walk the river path and stop for a drink at Romers. A hidden gem. But not for much longer.

NO PARKING. Too many buildings with not enough parking. You have to go 4-6 blocks away to find a spot which is ridiculous. All the buildings aren't even done yet! Imagine when they are with everyone moving in. It will be much worse.
