I contracted Dows to repair and service my gas fireplace. I was able to book an appointment within one week which, considering all services are extremely busy these days, I felt was very timely. The office informed me of the technician’s arrival time well in advance and they arrived on time. Both service techs were polite, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! Before they left I was given a complete understanding of how the system worked, and was assured of a quick return if any further issues arose. When they left, the work area was spotless. I will use this company again in the future.

Air conditioner installed Excellent service , no mess left behind - cleaned up nicely upon completion would highly recommend Dows . Wish I had known this company when I had to replace my furnace a year & half ago during Covid in the mth of Jan ! Great job Devon

Our A/C stopped on Friday around 5pm. We called expecting to get a voicemail and likely wait until Monday to hear back. We got a live, local person named Melanie who took our information and Dow called us back almost immediately. The tech arrived early Saturday morning, was very polite and professional and quickly diagnosed the problem (condenser popped from the recent heat wave and age), he installed a new one, took the time to check the entire unit and answer questions and got it working better than before. Super friendly and we are thrilled to have it back up and operational. Highly recommend Dows! Amazing customer service, response time and staff. A+ Tim and Yolanda
