My 14 year old mini-Dachshund was getting lots of tarter. After the friendly staff suggested I try one of their products, Frank is so free of tarter and gingivitis he doesn't need dentistry! We love this place and drive over 30km just for the friendly staff and great prices.

The only place I go for my Golden Doodle's needs. They have the the best selection of nothing but quality products. Im picky about what I feed my pup and I feel safe knowing if they carry it, its nutritious & safe for her. Your go-to for food, treats, toys, hygiene/grooming, and accessories. At affordable prices! I am constantly telling people to switch to this store.

Great local pet supply store. A little small, so if you're looking for a specific brand they may not carry it. They do, however, specialize in high quality products/brands that you might not be able to find elsewhere (e.g. I haven't found anywhere else local that carries Acana or Orijen). Also a great source for raw foods for your pets. Would definitely recommend!

I was passing through town and got the last bag of a dog food most people don’t stock lots of, then as we pass back through again I call up and they had ordered a bag for me and held it. Truly great customer service and happy to support such a thoughtful and professional and local business.

Excellent variety of foods, treats, toys and care items -- the staff are always very helpful. They always have stock in Acana food which is sometimes difficult to find!

Wonderful Staff, great store, great service; however I was upset to find out on my last visit that a particularbrand that I regularly purchase had discontinued it's Loyalty Rewards. This is upsetting because I was very close to collecting my free supply of Dog food as promised. I sort of hinted to staff that it should have been honoured by business. I feel like not returning because of that. I shop there because I believe in supporting family run business...just feel disappointed.
