The post employee just refused to accept my package to send it for warranty in the US. He motivated this refuse that I need to go online by using a smartphone or PC to complete some forms.Stop! What does it mean? It means Canada Post doesn’t want to accept packages from people who doesn’t have phone or PC or who doesn’t savvy with online forms.I guess, something wrong with Canada Post at this point…As a result, three employees were trying upset me for my money I paid for the service… ooops here is no customer service like at all, the setup in the shop “let’s do everything possible to kick each and every out and don’t do anything”

The rep for Canada Post is a rude and mean person. Her customer service is terrible and she laughed when I said I was going to report her. She has no shame of her attitude.

Honestly the worst service I have ever received. Went in to pick up Amazon parcels that had been delivered and the cashier was the most rude, unhelpful person I have encountered in customer service. When he couldn't find my parcels by last name, he refused to look at the confirmation emails or bar codes I had showing they were ready for pick up and threw a receipt at me with the Canada Post robo phone number and told me it wasnt his problem.

This location is always busy yet they always have only ONE staff working in the post office. Why is it so hard for them to train more associates who can also work in the post office to help out? It’s not that complicated just hire more people so your staff don’t get exhausted from working. It’s brutal, no matter what time you show up there’s a huge line up and you end up spending 45mins waiting for ONE staff to deal with It all. Hire more associates!

Best staff ever! Dana, Stephanie and Shirley always help me when I'm at the post office dropping off orders. Always calm and helpful even when I have a bajillion questions about shipping becauee I didn't know anything about it. They are the best!!

I like how the London Drugs guys pop over to handle the mail room - it's pretty efficient and they are right by the front door, easy in and out in 2 minutes if you might not have parking change. You can also call them to check to see if your package is in the back, and then come grab it.

If there was an option to give 0 stars, I'd choose that one. Terrible courier service. Courier doesn't call or leave any notice where to pick your package. They just send back your stuff, and then what should have been 5 days of waiting, becomes 25.

This post office is a joke. They randomly close in the middle of the day for random amounts of time in a completely unpredictable way.
