Absolutely love the studio and the staff!! My first time ever attending a class was in December and it is the only yoga studio that I will go to. They are so friendly and helpful with anything that I have asked. It truly is a positive environment and I look forward to going to the studio as much as possible.

I have been a member of PYC Sudbury since they opened in Sudbury. I love the community Allison and Grant have created and have to acknowledge how well they have pivoted during these crazy times! The instructors are incredible, the heated classes bring so much POWER to my practice and I love connecting with fellow yogis in the workshops. Amazing instructors! Nothing feels better than hot Yoga. It's like walking into a warm hug. Yoga seems to flow better in the hot room. The artwork in the room helps to focus on your practice, and the cool cloths at the end of the class are literally a little slice of heaven. Even when I struggle with motivation to go as soon as I walk in I feel so much better. It is truly a complete holistic experience.

This is a positive and empowering place. Such great vibes in the studio and community. I look forward to every class, even/especially the challenging ones. PYC is one of the best things that could have happened to me. It's such a great studio, that makes everyone feel welcome. You're always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Being a martialarist, PYC has helped me continue to be able to do Jiu Jitsu and find something to help me both mentally and physically. You always feel relaxed and rejuvenated after one of their classes. Me and my daughter love going to yoga together, and has brought us closer together. Thanks for all you've done for my family and I PYC, we love your studio and all those in it.

This is the best studio in the city. The teachers are amazing and the community there is unreal. It's like going to a home away from home to practice yoga, get fit and sweaty and hang with some friends (or make new ones). Definitely going back.
