Front desk was very friendly and goes above and beyond to help customers. Room was fine and clean, access to car from back door on ground floor. Breakfast can be improved, it was very basic. I would recommend this place.

The place is right on the highway. We stayed there on the way from Toronto to Thunder Bay. The Front Desk Girl named Kainath was very welcoming and made our stay very pleasant. Great place plus great Staff. Thank youThe Rooms exceptionally Clean and Tidy, The washrooms had enough toiletries. plus we were upgraded to the Room with doors on both sides.

Great place to stay! Kainath at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Her service was exceptional. She checked up on us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable and recommended a great place to eat in the area. Rooms are comfortable and warm. Breakfast was great with fresh waffles! I also want to mention they are pet friendly and have very affordable pricing!

The Female front desk agent in the morning with glasses that checked me into my reservation was exceptional to deal with and provided fast friendly and excellent service. Room was clean and cozy with all the amenities and comfort you could want.Also the breakfast had quite a great selection and quality.

Stayed here on route. The Receptionist at front -KAINATH was super friendly and helpful. She is very accommodating to our needs. . She has a smile on no matter what time of the day it is, her welcoming and accommodating nature gave a very rested and happy stay. We came about an issue and she came right away to attend us even though it was late. I am glad we bumped into her on our journey! The motel is clean and warm, the breakfast is the best! Fresh waffles in the morning can't be beaten! Very good for price. Would stay here again!

Stayed here for one night awful rooms not even cleaned, this was confirmed cleaned and checked by the manager. Then when they went to change the bedding they only changed the fitted sheet and left the top sheet touching the blood on the bed and pillow cases and when questioned about it was told please point out where it’s dirty, would you not change the whole sheets as it was not done.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was really nice and overall I had a lovely experience there. Recommended.
