Had an appointment to open a bank account with Andrew lee, they send you text and email to remind but when the time comes for them to call and open account then they don't call you. What a waste of time. You walk to the brand they are all confused and slow. It takes an hour for just a simple transaction. I'm gonna close my personal bank account too and move it to TD

Received a copy pasted email regarding my mortgage rates going up months after it already went up. The email had another customer's info in it, as well as fill in the blank slots not filled in. Super unprofessional.Original mortgage advisor was absolutely useless and went radio silent after signing up for a mortgage with RBC. Terrible customer service

Worst location ever, both employees and the bank manager like to come up to you in the line up around other people and ask you why you are here today, they don’t know what privacy means. Also, I showed up at exactly 5pm, oh sorry we are closed; lazy too. Go to the high tech RBC location they are more professional.

Wow I called days ago made an appointment, but when I m here they tells me need to change time to an hour later. Ok I waited in the car for an hour. After an hour the teller named 「panny」. Omg she is not helping at all every question I asked she need to go ask the manager. And the attitude like i own her something.

As a customer of this branch, I have had good experiences in the pass with the agents, however something unual happen to me where I was directed to assistant branch manager Amber, as she was the only one to help solve this issue. For someone leading a business she leaves a bitter taste in your mouth, her customer service is terrible, her tone while talking to you is highly inappropriate. When she realized she was in the wrong her tone changed without any apologies.
