Working with Joanna was so helpful. She really listened to what I wanted to achieve and we made a plan that made sense for me. I needed support around family meals and the plan she provided was a hit. I was healthy, my kids liked it and it was easy to pull together. She also gave me some mindset techniques and exercises that really helped shift some blocks for me, so I could actually make the changes I set out to achieve. I really found value in her holistic approach to my goals.

Joanna gracefully guided me through several EFT sessions to clear some of my deepest blockages. She asked powerful questions to unearth the issue and gave wise insights. Her warm and compassionate energy created a safe healing space for me. EFT is a magical tool that quickly reduced emotional, stress and limiting beliefs. I'm deeply grateful for Joanna’s expertise.

Joanna led me through a beautiful tapping session and helped me acknowledge some of my personal limiting beliefs. She made me feel very comfortable as she helped me work through some challenges, and then guided me through a series of positive affirmations to help me move forward. I felt very energized after my treatment and I look forward to working with Joanna again soon.

I have been working with Joanna for 6 months now and will continue to work with her. She has helped me through a dark period in my life. With Joanna’s guidance and practices, my racing mind has completely slowed down. Her tapping sessions really allowed me to release some negative energies, and empower me to move forward with confidence.
