They're nice people. Unfortunately the service sucks something fierce and they will not do returns or exchanges on defective equipment even after they said you can bring it back for refund within a reasonable amount of time. I tried to return the equipment I bought the next day and/or exchange it the day after I bought it and was completely shut down by the older gentlemen on the phone. Oh well... I won't be going back there for anything. Dynamis hobbies apparently is the way to go!

Always helpful with RC parts. They exchanged an incorrect part that I bought mistakenly with no trouble. I was told they dont sell metal parts but they do have aftermarket parts for Traxxas.In response to the negative google review, You need to know what vehicle you have in order to buy parts, same things as everywhere else.

Very rude and awkward to deal with. Went in for a simple part for a rc car and they expected me to know everything about my car and specific details including part numbers. Unless your a genius hobbyist I would not recommend it. For guys who just want to do a simple thing go somewhere else.

I was really surprised when I dropped in to this small town hobby shop. They had an amazing selection of parts, kits and ready to run rc vehicles. The staff (owners I think) were very friendly and helpful.

This is our go to place for chevy parts and we live an hour away. The owners here are very comfortable to deal with. They have rarely not had something that we need and the prices are comparable and sometimes much better than everywhere else.
