Rushed, poor quality, cuticles are still attached to nails. Offered colour but then never gave samples and before I knew it being told done and to put my shoes on. Not a returning customer that’s for sure

This place is a rip off. I went to get my shellac refilled and the price I paid for the service I got just didn't measure up. I've gone to other nail shops and for $25 they cut, buff and treat your cuticles. You can choose as many colours as you want and DO NOT have to pay extra if you want ONE sparkly statement nail!! They didn't even give you hand lotion at the end. I asked for a matte finish and was left without a top coat at all. And YES there is a difference between a matte top coat and no top coat at all. Almost $30 and I can't even justify what I paid for. Complete waste!!

I went there to get a couple of broken gel nails replaced from another salon. I told them my nails were incredibly thin and very sensitive. These ladies were so sweet and gentle and did all they could to make sure the colors matched. I would definitely go back here!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. The lady charged me $20 to remove 7 gel nails (3 had already fallen off) PLUS $23 for shellac polish = $43 TOTAL and she didnt even cut my cuticles. I was literally there for a maximum of 15 minutes. I asked her why the lady before me only paid $26 for the EXACT SAME services (removal of previous nails and shellac polish) - I watched the whole thing and we finished at the same time and she could not tell me why. There was nail dust everywhere and looked very unsanitary. Now I remember why I do not come to Vo's. Very disappointed.

If I could put 0 starts I would. I was charged $72 dollars for a FILL. I asked for gel and she did acrylic which I was fine with because that’s what I normally get but she charged me for gel and tried to tell me “it’s powder gel”. First of all THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS POWDER GEL. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’m not sure how they got the total of 72 dollars from an acrylic fill with only two colour choices...

Terrible job! My nails are lumpy, not even a proper application! The person hurt me 3x, you can see in the 3 pick the cut on my thumb. I bled and she put crazy glue over it! It still hurts. I did not get a refund and definitely do not recommend their business! Look at my cuticles! No oil added or anything. I should have looked at the rest of the terrible reviews
