Lunch rush was no worry, always a fan of the self order machines. Took a bit for food as expected (40 nugs, L fries and a drink. I don't have a D's where I live.) Staff was not using the order panel for customers, instead relied on verbally calling out orders. Which during rush some orders didn't get heard. All together great place

The drive though was actually the definition of fast food. I ordered I paid I got exactly what I ordered. It was hot. And I didn't have to pull ahead and wait 15 min. Good job.

Historically I’ve had good service at this location but recently that’s gone to the dumps. On my last three visits my Large Fries have been BARELY half full, on the last visit my no onion double cheeseburger had onions on it, was falling apart in the wrapper and was lukewarm at best. I don’t know why this location has been subpar recently but it’s very disappointing and I will not be ordering from them again until they figure out that putting a small fries in a large container does not make it a large fries. And they need to learn to read the bills, I personally don’t like onions but if I was allergic it could have been catastrophic and that’s not okay. I’ve done food service jobs for years so I know for a fact it’s not that hard to get it right if you’re paying attention, which they clearly aren’t. Also pay and treat your staff better, this is part of why your service is trash.

Clearly states that it is a 24 hour drive thru. However, they close sporadically after 2:45-3:00 am and open back up after 4 am.Has upper management really not clued in to this? Moreover, staff was rude and just sitting around on their phones.

Riders are rarely correct and customer service is severely lacking to the point if willful disregard. We will not be using ir recommending this McDonald's to anyone in the future. The amount of money made at this location is going to go down drastically if the owner and management do not make the proper changes. You are not keeping Rutland classy.

Service is as bad here as most other McDonald's. The staff have no problem visiting with each other than helping a paying customer. I rarely get the exact order I ask for. Some of my family cannot have certain things, so I cater to their request. Pass this onto the person taking the order, proof read the menu board to be sure, pay, get the order, find its not right. Then take more time to figure out how to make it right. Bit frustrating.

The have been great for most part .. but the Rutland location Hwy. 33 either just don't like doing a good job or have a personal vendetta against me .. I only ask for a Vanilla Chai latte and they immediately treat me rudely and make it terribly like ice barely ever crushed an if I order any extra food it's always cold fries or messy put together burger .. they're Lucky I'm not a Secret Shopper or they would FAIL. Bu-duhduhduhduhhh I'm loving it.

I was at Mcdonald’s in Rutland June 11th at around 12:10am and I encountered this rude lady who told me off for taking too long to order. I can quote she said “Be nice if you want me to serve you” I was being fine and not being rude. I felt attacked and not wanting to come back, this was a really bad experience for me and Mcdonald’s. Do not recommend going at night through the drive through.

Homeless person stealing muffins out of cabinet.Do something about this disturbing behaviour.Get a security staff there daily.Needs to be more pleasant atmosphere for people to be in.
