Rachel from Ellenoire East was recommended by another curly haired friend, after her positive experience. I took my 9 year old daughter for a consult, diva cut, deep conditioning and style. I am so glad I did, and so is my daughter! Rachel knows her stuff and she did a fabulous job shaping/trimming my daughter’s hair and providing really useful tips and techniques going forward. She didn’t push the products she uses and gave advice of what ingredients to avoid. Prior to this appt, my daughter had been wearing her hair pulled back into a ponytail or braid for 99% of the time. Since having her hair done, she has been wearing it down! I absolutely recommend Ellenoire East and Rachel.

Rachel is AMAZING! So detailed and educates you on very step of the process. She answered all of my questions and dealt with my nervousness… but most importantly she gave me the BEST hair cut and colour I’ve ever had.
