The cleanest joint in the neighborhood. The front employee was very polite and efficient. Not very busy inside, but they were serving drive through all the time.

Definitely not the greatest A&W.Our experience was quite disappointing, as the service provided was subpar. It appeared that the lady in charge, who happened to be of Indian descent, displayed a clear aversion towards serving Indian customers and those dining in the restaurant. Her behavior towards us was unnecessarily rude, despite our polite demeanor. I didn't quite comprehend the reason behind her deliberate disrespect towards us. Never going back! However, I must mention that the other employee, the girl wearing glasses, was delightful and provided good service.

Loved their veggie burgers. Tried their beyond burger on Boxing Day and it is ok, prefer meat. Like their Apple pie. Customer service could be more friendly. Had my first paper straw

Restaurant is old and in need of an upgrade ASAP. Wonder if A&W management ever did a walk around the restaurant.Restaurant is Dark, poor lighting in side the restaurant. Wonder why this location was not selected by HBO The Last of Us" for shooting zombie series... they should never had any problem.Main Enter Door handle is super dirty. Go inside the restaurant with latex gloves."

I’m only rating 2 stars because the food was good... however there was a little kid running on the tables while her dad was too busy on his phone and didn’t care. Not only did the workers not say anything but they also didnt clean the tables after word and you think they would’ve given the pandemic. (One could argue and say they didn’t notice but she was doing it for a good 10-15 minutes and it was right in front of the counter) Also, they forgot our drinks but that’s to be expected at a fast food joint I suppose.

Every time we come to this location they take so long to prepare the food and also they ask us to park in the front. When I asked the girls who work there they always tell us that it’s because they have a timer and if the timer is takes too long then we get in trouble from our General Manager. We usually only owe two item and have to wait 10 minutes. They should be more prepared and customers should not have to wait for so long. I will be going to other A&W locations as this one takes way too long.

Worst customer service ever experienced in this location. Many times ended up in dry Putin without gravy.. waiting time in this place is minimum of 10 minutes. Customer service is third class..these people think that they are still in India.. common fellows grow up.

This is about jan 20, i visited the store around 7pm and asked for a beyond teen and wanted to use the coupon of a free teen burger that i was given from a different store but the cashier (who later told that she’s in charge manager called Tamanna) insisted that I couldn’t use.So The issue is, the store that gave me the coupon told me that i could use it even switch the patty as I’m vegetarian, it would work. I asked her politely to try to scan the coupon but first she refused then i insisted so she tried and MAGICALLY the coupon worked but i guess her ego was hurt so she said i know its working but still you can’t use..she talked with her agm over the phone and apparently he told her the same thing..so she said it’s expired but on the other side i was told by the other location manager that a&w coupons never expires so don’t worry about the expiry on it…Now a&w is a franchise and if one franchise is giving me a coupon to use it in any a&w then I don’t understand why this franchise was having this issue. So I’ll recommended the company to keep the staff updated with the rules and policies of a&w because I don’t think this is called a good customer service.

Frozen Rootbeer? I order food here for dine, they don't even told me that that there's no frozen rootbeer. And when I ask one of the staff why they don't have frozen rootbeer he just answered me they don't have that machine " . How could this be possible? This store location can't afford to get one? Really?"
