I have been to this location twice and both times my experience has been awesome. They were clean and careful and did an amazing job of my nails. I got acrylics done there and they turned out beautiful. Today I got shellac and I am very pleased. The prices are very good and quality is great.

I’ve been going here for the past 3 years and the ladies are awesome! They’re super clean, use plastic covers on the tub. They use a new pedicure package for each person. request Stella! She’s amazing and super quick!

A great job but somehow my appointment was dismissed and I got in 25 minutes late. I know things happen, but this is why people consider looking around for new places if regulars start to be taken advantage of.

Hi just wanted to let everyone know that the ladies that work in the Okotoks salon are very nice ladies. But I always felt like they were rushing to get my nails done as soon as they could and every time I asked for a certain person I would never get her. I have been going there for 2 yrs now and last week was the last time I would ever go back my baby solar nail feel off and under neath my nail had a fungus and it is cracked down the middle so now I have to wait for my nail to regrow. The fungus came from them not paying attention and getting all of the bobbles cleared off before they put on new filler. They do not clean behind the nails so dirt and water gets under the nail and causes fungus to grow. Also they do not clean their filling equipment and always use used nail files for everyone.

These ladies have done my nails for year's. They always chatty, and joking. Prices are reasonable, and they always willing to fix anything that you might not like!

I got here less than half hour before they closes at 7 o'clock today, I phoned them around 6pm to see if they can still do my manicure (shellac) as I'm runnin' late heading back from the City, despite of getting closer for their closing time, (MARY) still accommodates me and do my mani without her rushing to get it done and it turns out pretty well more than I expected. It's my first time to get my nails done here (Okotoks location) and I told Mary, whose a very friendly staff that I'll be back for sure for my pedi and yes, this will be my regular nail salon to go to now, it's closer to home and more affordable.

Had an appointment, showed up 8min prior and was actually started on one hour later. Nails were not cleaned properly, color was wrong and the table was dirty. Do not recommend this place

We walked in at 5pm on a Friday without an appointment and were seated immediately for pedicures. The ladies were so friendly and accommodating. We left relaxed and with beautiful feet. We can't wait to come back.

Went in when they opened. Asked for pedicure and gel nails. Pedicure was rushed as more people walked in behind me requesting services. Made me wait for an additional 45 minutes as they had filled up their manicure areas. Tried to give me a regular manicure that I didn’t ask for cause the girls didn’t know how to do gels. Told me to come back in an hour for gels and proceeded to take another person for gel nails who had just walked in.
