Absolute HORRIBLE customer service. They don’t care whether the clients leave happy. Got my nails done from Helen and we both decided on the design together. At first, they were rude because I was confused about what I wanted and they kept talking in Vietnamese and rolling their eyes. I walked out with the nails and paid $150 total for the nails but I felt pressured into not saying anything. Later I reached out asking if they could fix one of the nails because it looked terrible and they told me to come in only to tell me they will charge me $20 to fix the two nails. I tried explaining what I was talking about and Helen was super RUDE and Ann just walked by like it’s nothing. AVOID this salon and go to a place that values their customers. I have also sent many people to this salon and will be cautious suggesting this salon to anyone.

Ellie did a fantastic professional job. She was very polite and cared about the technique, and shape, did not rush, nor caused any hurt to my nails. Great job

I’ll never get my nails done anywhere than here. They have amazing hospitality and customer service. And the nails are always on point ! The price is great for the work they do. AHN is absolutely amazing at her skill and as an owner

Best nail salon period. They’ll do almost exactly what you want with effective speed. Never going anywhere else honestly. They also have good customer service. Glad to pay well for the awesome quality ❤️

I’ve been here numerous times specifically to go to Helen because she is so incredibly talented at nails and nail art but oh my god is she RUDE. I’ve been a regular on and off for the past few years and she had always been very snappy and annoyed with any changes or suggestions. One time I mentioned that the tips seemed a bit crooked and needed to be filed a bit more and she told me “I can’t make your nails perfect because your fingers are crooked”. Just crazy rude. I’m so not the type to leave bad reviews but after so many bad experiences with her I just can’t bring myself to go back.She’s insanely talented though. She’ll nail your set but rip on you the whole time lol.

Far and away the BEST salon in Edmonton. Will only go here to get my nails done.

I am so happy to find a place after having been with my previous lady so long.These gals are so professional, efficient and do such a beautiful job!I met another customer while we both got our nails done, who had nothing but kind words to say about INails also (and she has been going for 4 years-and lives clear across the city on the North Side.)They must be amazing if she is willing to spend that kinda gas money, right??Thankyou Helen! I get my stiletto nails done by Helen and she’s incredible! The salon is clean, and the techs are so talented. A few times I’ve had to get removals for surgery and my natural nails were still strong, they don’t over file them or use low quality product that causes damage. I’ve also been to Ann once and loved the results.

Great attention to detail my nails look very smooth no bumps, and it was very quick service and very friendly staff.

Went for a pedicure with LisaNot happy with the quality shown in the photo right after the pedicure. I felt as she was more concerned about up selling for a different “better” pedicure.Cuticles uncut/ sloppy polish & massage was very poor.(Asked for straight across & got rounded nails)
