Hanover YMCA Early Learning Child Care

I had the opportunity to work with Cheri to resolve an issue with my original experience with the Hanover YMCA Daycare. They reached out to me in order to rectify the situation and went above and beyond to help our family - as well as many other future families so this does not happen to anyone else.They made changes in the way registration is handled so parents are more aware of the registration process and I think that is the most important thing for new families who do not know/understand they day care systems.Thank you so much YMCA, you have helped our family immensely and I am unsure of where we would be had we not had you in our corner!!-Erika
