Machines are not maintained; either there is no heat on high, or way too much heat - I have had clothes coming out actually smoking. The staff are argumentative and don't care; avoid at all cost there are better options.

You truly get what you pay for. My first time at this budget coin laundry and the first sign of trouble was when the owner tired to upsell me on the machine size and dryer time by asking me to use a larger machine for nearly double the price; also changed my entire bill for change when I only had one load to wash and dry. When I purchased some bleach, he barely poured enough for a load worth (you don't get a pre-measured packet). The wash cycle seemed okay, despite the fact that even the larger washer was only a medium size and not much larger than the one I chose. Finally, it came time to throw my stuff into the dryer. This was very common sense: load the machine, pump the coin receptor with each coin and it calculates the time automatically. Only just 2 mins into the drying, the machine door mysteriously pops open and half of my freshly washed laundry drops onto the mucky floor. This is when I decided that I'll never come back here again, I don't care how cheap it is or convenient, the service and machines are garbage! Very disappointed for an unbiased first-timer.

The vietnamese old lady that runs this place along with her husband is extremely rude and disrespectful. I came to use their washing machine to wash 1 small couch cover and while i was getting change for the washing machine she opened the washing machine i was using to check what i put inside and accused me of washing an item for my toy poodle puppy that i was carrying in my arms and telling me not to wash items that have dog hair. I pulled out the the couch cover to show her what it was clearly then she kept quiet. Will never return to this negative environment with old and worn out machines again. As you can see in the pics this place is a dump, dirty with broken and old machines. Just down the street at 33rd and Victoria is a laundromat that is clean with new machines.

A rather large Laundromat with loads of Washers & Dryers. The Dryers work really well. Washes are $2.75 and Drys are $2.00.They do seem to hoard a lot of Old Dead Washers for some reason. Probably for spare parts when their other Washer break down.Have always had fairly Courteous Service although the Couple that operate it are not very fluent in English and are somewhat Introverted. So One Star Off for that.

This coin laundromat is not well kept but it does the job. The cost to use the washer has slowly creeped up. Laundromat needs more dryers and carts. Sometimes need to wait for dryer.

AVOID THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Believe all the 1 star reviews!!!! This place is preposterous. The machines are over 40y old, the facility has no bathroom, I was yelled at twice and talked down to by the owner for closing the door (i responded to her dont pretend these machines are valuable or new

Friendly couple run the place, and they do a good job of running the place and maintaining the machines. Only reason they lost a star was because they're only open 9-6pm and I work graveyards. Wish they'd stay open til 9 or 10pm!

Came here on a Tuesday afternoon to dry a down jacket. Wasn’t too busy, there were several customers who came and went. Washers and dryers are on the older side but work fine, some are out of order. Owners are friendly and nice.
