Make them OPEN, TEST, CHARGE and show you EVERYTHING and ANYTHING you are considering to buy and make sure it works 150%!!!!!!$164 item that doesn't work straight out of the box and they would only offer a 20% discount off my next item... At a store I probably will never return to. No credit, return, exchange or any help to ship it to the manufacturer, not much difference with new owner and manager. I wonder if I can cancel my credit card payment due to fraudulent products.

I had a terrible experience with this business. Changed my identity because I also find this story super embarrassing. So I purchased a remote control silicone plug made by pipedream and it does not work at all as soon as I got it home. The remote does not turn on the vibration function of the plug at all and the plug itself only vibrates when its partially open or not at all. Therefore making the product defective and not even waterproof which is advertised on the box. When I purchased the plug the girl who helped me (and recommended this particular plug) showed me the size of the plug only but did not attempt to activate the remote vibration function which would have obviously shown the product to be defective. We even had a conversation about toys that last a long time and she told me that this was a good brand and that it would work for years. Anyway I took a look at it and said sure it seems pretty neat. My GF can put it in and I can remotely tease her with it during foreplay and what not. So when I get home and put some batteries into the remote (the bullet comes with supplied batteries) to my dismay the bullet doesn't even work and the remote doesn't turn it off or on even with other new batteries. This thing is a piece of crap and they charged $100 for it. I promptly phoned the store and the manager told me that they have a strict no return policy and that the most they would do for me is give me another bullet that can vibrate in the plug but one that does not work with the remote. So they offered me a downgrade on a $100 silicone plug and basically told me to tough it and that I could not speak to the owner or anything. I am new to the area and this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They blatantly screwed me and would not refund a defective product. The manager's reasoning was that the product worked when I bought it and that they don't have another one to replace it with which is a joke because I called them within 3hrs of buying it and no one showed me it working in the store or I never would have bought it in the first place. Total scam artists, zero professionalism and terrible customer support. I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy.

Great store, lots of selections and varietys as well as diversity. Staff are very greeting and helpful with assistance and product knowledge. 1000/10 would recommend stoping at the ONE STOP LOVE SHOP IN KAMLOOPS ON VICTORIA ST. Just when you think you can't find a costume don't worry OSLS has you covered. Wanna get retro and use a magazine they have a good selection as they also carry DVDS which you purchase ONE TIME and EXCHANGE for $5.
