The other concrete supplier gave me the runaround. Maybe today, call me tomorrow, call me at noon. When I gave up and called CRM, they gave me the earliest availability and booked my delivery right away. The truck arrived exactly when they said it would and the driver went out of his way to help. I have since ordered two more deliveries and plan to get many more in the future. Turns out they even do small batches. I only wish I found them earlier.
