I came in with a friend on July 25th and the opening shift employee was the was the most amazing and kindest soul ever and was so helpful!!! Best service ever and I WILL be back!!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE-DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION.Tried to support this store with an online order during covid, but they don't seem to want to work during ADVERTISED business hours (11am - 6pm Mon to Sun). Drove 1.5 hours round-trip, after getting an email at 3:28pm confirming my order was ready for pick-up. Arrived and called the store multiple times to pick up my order, only to find out from security the store was closed and the employee signed out at 3:36pm, which was not advertised during the pick-up email. Why bother sending a confirmation email if you plan on leaving 8 mins later? Last time I do business at this location or Zumiez in general. Thank you for ruining a cool birthday gift!

Service was very rude, talked over us the entire time, and because of issues with THEIR system, they weren't able to complete an order we have been waiting months for and blamed it on us, would not recommend to anyone.

Not the cheapest by any means but nice stuff and very helpful and polite staff. And I'm writing this less than 2 weeks before Christmas, when they're super busy. But they were great.

The staff here are always so incredibly helpful, welcoming and pleasant, I absolutely love shopping at this location! Wonderful quality clothing and shoes as well!

Decent variety of clothing and shoes. Reason for 3 star is because the employees treat you differently based on wether if you’ve bought something or not. I’m not a fan of that at all. You’ll know what I mean if you go to the store and experience this yourself.

Every time i’ve gone or shopped at this Zumiez store i’ve had nothing but an AMAZING shopping experience with both the staff and management!! Not to mention they are just so friendly and professional plus they’ll give you great input to all your shopping needs. ALSO The store is always so clean and the displays ARE JUST DONE SOOOO WELL they really do a GREAT job at making you want to drop some CASH$!$!$ and honestly they deserves it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you check out this location... and with the way times are right now they definitely are doing their BEST to give you the BEST!!!! SHOP HERE :)

I can not say one bad thing about this store. Went in looking to get some information on a longboard, and Connor offered his expertise and knowledge almost right away. He was extremely helpful, professional, and listened to my wants and needs. I came back the next day to make the purchase and he recognized me right away and assisted me throughout the whole process. I then came back the following day again, to have some new bearings installed in my old longboard, and he went way above and beyond to help. He not only taught me about bearings and how they work, but he also offered to install them for free. Unfortunately, the install process was challenging and unforgiving, but he didn't give up. He actually ended up staying an extra half an hour after his shift had ended to ensure the bearings were installed correctly, and that I was fully satisfied. I was very impressed, also thank you to the manager as well for letting him assist me in the way he did. I will definitely be back.
