Hair It Is

I got a terrible haircut at a different establishment so I had Meghan attempt to fix it. She did a wonderful job! She listened and did exactly what I wanted. She made me feel so much better and she'll be my regular stylist from here on in. Thank you Meghan!

The stylist I used to go to changed career paths. I booked an appointment with one of the newer staff and I will not be going back. Even after a few weeks, my hair still makes me want to cry.Everything she did ruined my hair. It looks choppy and nasty and I felt like she didn't care let alone listen to what I wanted. I said no layers, I now have gross choppy layers. I didnt want more than 1-1.5 inches off, she took 3 inches off of my hair. I wanted to have nice beautiful hair for the 2+ weddings I was going to, instead I wanted to hide my hair from the world because the job was done so poorly. It makes me so utterly sad to look at my hair and it's horrible. I can see why the girl said she usually only does color and not hair cuts.She didn't take her time and she had me in and out of the seat in 15 minutes because I was the last client of the night. Regardless of if the person is first or last, you should care about the job you are doing. I felt like she rushed through the whole cut to get me out as soon as possible. I get it, you want to go home but I al paying for a service and that was the worst service I have ever received in my life for a haircut.Sucks to not be able to go to a salon closer to home but I will not subject myself to the hair massacre that happened on my last visit. Now to wait for my hair to grow out and have it fixed by professionals that care about their clients hair.** I dont appreciate being blamed for my bad experience simply for not receiving a hair wash. I washed my hair yes but still received the cut, blow dry and dry cut. I was not recommended to have the new stylist wash my hair to get to know my hair. Further to that, the stylist took no time to try to get to know my hair" so this is not solely on myself. I explained very well what I wanted and what my hair is like so that is the worst excuse I have ever heard.Due to not being in the area for the past month for work and personal reasons

Had an awful experience. Poor haircut, wrong colour, felt like I was being rushed the whole time. The stylist didn't even wash all of the toner and shampoo out of my hair!! I tried to reach the salon to speak to someone about it but no on ever returned my emails. Been over a week now and the owner hasn't even tried to rectify this horrible experience. Would never go back again after the job they did and the fact that the owner can't be bothered to deal with upset clients is even more upsetting.

10/10 always an amazing experience, the staff and atmosphere is amazing! And you can tell everyone loves being there! All their staff is amazing!I always leave feeling like a new person each time and my hair always feels and looks amazing!!

I lost my hairdresser as she moved on to a different career...many women can relate on the fact that it can be hard to put your hair in the hands of someone new. I have to say though that I got my hair done by Kimmy and I was extremely pleased at the outcome. She was extremely attentive to my wishes and did a wonderful job!! The cost is not bad either compared to some of the salons out there.....i will definitely recommend.

First time visiting the salon, had a hair cut, washed, blow dry. So please with the results, ladies are amazing and so friendly, already booked next appointment.

They did nor do what I asked and they kept inforcing to cut more off the top then what I wanted and I asked for a mid taper fade and all they did was trim the sides a bit I do not recommend this hair establishment
