Alien Outbreak Escape Room
Arrived 15 minutes early and it seemed like no one knew for sure what was going on. Didn't get into the room until more than 5 minutes into our 45 minute timer which is already pretty slim for 4 separate rooms. Then a major part of the puzzle involved finding pieces hidden" around the room with no indication of whether we had found them all or whether the remaining pieces were behind locked directional locks. The final piece we "missed" was supposedly in plain sight... Which apparently meant jammed inside a prop in such a way that I thought pulling it out seemed like stretching the rules. The recording told us we had 10 minutes and less than 2 minutes later the room ended

Alien Outbreak Escape Room
Not only did I enjoy this, but my kids loved it. A few years ago this place wasn't as good, but over time it made a huge improvement. If you are planning on going there I suggest you do.

This place in 2023 is honestly one of the best places to go for an escape room. The employee was nice and the puzzles had the right amount of challenge. It costs 25$ per person and you have to reserve online.

Alien Outbreak Escape Room
This was our first escape room as a family of five. Two of our teenage kids are very analytical so we made it to the end and were about five minutes out from completing the puzzle. It was a challenge and fun. Some items were well used so could use replacing or updates but overall it was fun.

Alien Outbreak Escape Room
This is not a novice escape room. We have done about a dozen rooms, but with just 2 people, we ran out of time to complete the last room. We had a blast though, it had a lot of great puzzles that we haven't seen in other places.

The staff was not implicated, not really talkative and some parts of the game seems to lack some logic.

Alien Outbreak Escape Room
Not only was this experience not fun, but my whole family left angry! My kids were so excited to try their first escape room but all they got was frustration... We made it to literally the 2nd clue and got stuck. You'd think they would help you out when you get stuck but no. They're more than happy to watch us struggle while they count the $100 we paid to play. Wish I could give negative stars. Worst family experience we've ever had. Thanks for scamming us....

Alien Outbreak Escape Room
I have been to a few escape rooms now and this was the most disorganized one. The guy that was there seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. The tape at the beginning was broken and did not work. One of the directional locks would not open even though we had the correct combination. The worker could not even get it open. The only reason we did not finish was because we were unable to open the broken lock. At the end when we asked for the solution because we did not plan on coming back anyway. The worker said he did not know the answer.This was genuinely one of the worst and most disorganized escape rooms I have ever been to. Don't bother wasting your time.

Alien Outbreak Escape Room
We played Alien Outbreak as a pair a few weeks ago. My partner and I have played 26 escape rooms so far. This one was one of our favorites (ranked 4/26). The setting was extremely well done. I loved the tactile nature of a lot of the components in the game. While I thought a few of the puzzles were cumbersome I really enjoyed the overall feel of the escape room. A lot of tech in this room and unlike many other escape rooms we've been to that rely on tech, all of the tech worked in our play through. I really liked the hint system.

Alien Outbreak Escape Room
The small room was down, and had my family there for that room. The front desk girl just expected us to pay extra for the large room. I asked her for the supervisor and she was shocked someone would not just go with her idea for a solution to the issue. Told her again to go for the supervisor and long story short after 15 min of wait for a 21 year old supervisor nothing was done to find a solution for the problem. I've been to many escape rooms with my children and this one was the worse for management and employees who deal with the public. Way better rooms in the city to spend so much money on for your families guys .
