Tim converted my wood to gas fireplace. It doesn't work after about 1 year and scarcely used at that. I paid a high price too. The fan was always noisy, the switch is connected to nothing apparently, and Tim doesn't answer my calls. Customer service? Integrity?

Highly Recommended. Inexpensive. Professional service on a difficultgas fireplace cleaning. Also educated about fireplace use. Tim showed up right on time and finished cleaning within a short time frame.

What a pleasure it was to have Tim take care of our upstairs fireplace issue. Not only did Tim show up EARLIER than scheduled, which is highly unusual in the trades, but he actually rectified our issue, while all the time, entertaining myself and my wife immensely (and there's no way that accent is English Tim lol, nice try)...unsurprising to me that a Welshman took care of business...Tim is the man you want taking care of your fireplace issues...thanks again very much Tim

Amazing would pretty much sum up our experience.Vivian was delightful and helpful and accommodating, to schedule our two gas fireplace services.Tim arrived 15 minutes early, which was wonderful. It took about an hour per unit, which could be good or bad I don't know. But what I do know is he left no stone unturned in cleaning, adjusting and checking each unit. His thoroughness to detail seemed exemplary.Generally Tim was friendly, polite and professional, and his fee seemed very fair and reasonable for the service provided.What more could a customer ask for really.Very happy and would absolutely recommend Tim Lloyd to anyone.

Tim is the only person you should contact in central Alberta when it comes to stoves and fireplaces. Had a few quotes to fix my chimney and Tim saved us alot of money. Won't go into details... Did awesome work. Also installed a new stove. Very happy with Tim's work. He is very honest and great to work with. Highly recommended.

Thank You Tim Lloyd! You fixed our chimney!Last year we had a wood stove and a chimney for the wood stove installed by a whole sale company in Red Deer. We had problems with it and the whole sale company made zero attempts to resolve them. A friend of ours got a wood stove and a wood stove chimney from Tim Lloyd the year before and recommended that we call him to take a look at our wood stove fireplace.Tim came the next week and informed us of two problems with the way in which the chimney had been installed. He was able to correct the problems the same day and we haven't had a problem with it since. In fact, that was the first time we were even able to use it properly!A month later we bought a gas fireplace from Tim Lloyd which he put in place of our old gas fireplace in the basement. We love it!We highly recommend this company!
