This place is timeless and fun for all ages. We've had company events here and I've been down with my 8yr old for some quality father son time. They can get busy and understaffed at times but overall, a really good time

Fun times! 49$/hr, 4$ per pair of rental shoe. Drinks are cash only and bowling is 5 pin bowling with 3 turns a hit. Weird, but fun! Definitely recommend just doing 30 minutes as 1hr is really long. Overall would recommend to bring a group of friends along.

It's a cute location. A bit different than regular bowling as you get 5 pins and 3 throws, and although the score keeping machine seems very old, it works fine. You can bring your own food but drinks have to be bought there.

Awesome vintage-vibe place to have fun with friends. We got 3 lanes for $324 + taxes (including shoes). The bowling is only 5 pins and the bowling balls are way smaller than usual (which makes it harder to score). There aren’t many food options there and if you do get drinks (cash only) you cannot have them while bowling…

READ BEFORE GOINGOh, where to begin. I'll break it down for you so you aren't caught off guard when you decide to go.Bowling:First and foremost, this is 5 pin bowling with the small ball, not 10 pin. So if you're looking for traditional 10 pin bowling, go to Grandview lanes on commercial. There isn't enough seating for 6 people at the lane as it's just one little 2-person bench (like an old school park bench, very bizarre), so be prepared to stand. The lanes are very, very old and warped. Balls are damaged, and the pins are on strings and do not free fall. Also, you can not drink your expensive domestic beer inside the bowling seating area and must leave your drink unattended on the other side. So beware of that for safety reasons as your back is turned to your drink that you can not see.Prices:Very expensive at $64 per hr. When booking your lane on the phone, they also require you to put a 50% non-refundable deposit. We booked our time, and I called back 5 min later to change the time to an hour later, and the guy said I would lose my deposit. I wasn't canceling, I was moving the time. So beware that these guys are NOT flexible and solely want your money.Shoes are $4 (could be 4.50, I can't remember), and they are smelly, old, and falling apart. Also, you must pay for everything on one bill, so if you're playing with friends, be prepared to etransfer each other because they do not allow people to pay for their own shoes separately. They do have bottled/canned alcoholic drinks, BUT the catch is it is CASH ONLY! Who carries cash these days?? But, we were quick to notice why....The owner has his own ATM next to the concession, so he takes only cash for selling drinks (even though he has a debit machine at the desk) and forces customers to take out money through his ATM if they want a beer. The owner makes an additional $2.50 off you on each ATM transaction, and to make matters worse, the bottles and cans are between $7.95 and $10. It was insanely expensive. Not even good beer either (kokanee, etc). Also, don't go hungry because they do not sell food.Decore:Very old 1970s... It's not even nostalgic... just dirty, run down, and tacky.Staff:Unfriendly, awkward staff who seem to only care about taking your money. Not flexible on anything (as you gathered regarding the deposit and payment for shoes fiasco). They don't smile at you when you come in and just look at you like, What do you want?"Overall

A good place to play pool. Personally i don't like miniature bowling but they have a punch score machine which is really addictive cause its just a dollar for a punch. Its really fun to punch there and get the high score. (Mine is 832 try to beat me)

Unique old style bowling alley/billiard hall, quirky atmosphere, been around since the 1930's. Go around and check it out before it disappears like everything else that's cool in Vancouver...
