Serenity Yoga at the Lake
Ross is a great instructor who walks the class through the poses using multiple variations so that everyone can enjoy at their own level. He's very helpful and knowledgable. The yoga is always enjoyable and highly recommended!

Ross is a great instructor. The Studio is beautiful. The yoga is always enjoyable. If you are in Cowichan area and you're looking for some great yoga I highly recommend this studio
