Total disappointment...On route from Calgary to lethbridge i had a rear tail light burn out, I had an extra blub , just needed to borrow a screw drive to loosen 2 screws,Napa parts and service would Not borrow me one , however they would sell me one.Has the world come to that.

I came into the store in a pinch, as I needed to MacGyver a mounting system for a job I was doing, to a factory mounting system in a particular wheel loader. Thank goodness for your helpful staff. The two ladies that worked there Friday October 6th hooked me up with these great Rail Mount Adapters and a Combination Mounting Bracket. It worked so slick!! I can't begin to thank the both of you enough for your patience and help!!

Cant say enough good things about this place. We blew a turbo line on the highway (didn't know what it was at the time) and turned around and brought it here on a Friday afternoon an hour before closing. They were super friendly and extremely helpful. Fixed within the hour and we were back on the road.

Be careful of this place! Friends went in with car troubles and they were told they needed to pay 180 to get their car diagnosed with a car reader. Desperate they paid and found out that they were taken advantage of in what should have been a free service! It was a nightmare to get their money back.They will scam you given the chance! Buyers BEWARE!
