Fort Carlton Provincial Park
We had a great visit to Fort Carlton today. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The park offers a marked wheelchair accessible parking spot, and easy entry into the visitor center. But, unfortunately, the washrooms in the visitor center are not wheelchair accessible, even though they are clearly marked as being wheelchair accessible. The door to the accessible stall swings inwards, leaving no room for a wheelchair.A very easy fix would be to change the swing of the door.

Incredible place to visit. I really not much of museum person but this is one place I ave visited more then once. I thought it was cool and had to go back for my kids to see and hear about our history. Very cool place this is a must see for anybody.

Awesome well kept place. Loved being able to walk through the fort walls with my leashed dog, you cannot go in buildings with dogs but that's understandable. The 2 girls working were also amazing (I only got one name, Brenda) but both were incredibly friendly and showed me a couple recently found items turned in by tourist. Walking around the fort, walking down to the river, and walking the fort carton trail to the different lookout points was amazing! I will definitely go back.

Definitely a nice place to visit.The tour is really nice, we learned a lot about the life people lived here long time ago.Kids can touch and try things in the showroom too.

Interpreters are friendly and great with kids, especially large groups. Very knowledgeable and well trained and also have a passion for the history of the place.
