It was an absolute pleasure working with David. He had by far the most selection of emeralds and was able to find the perfect one for us. David was very prompt with information and updates on my purchase/repair, pricing was provided upfront, the timing was exactly as promised, but most importantly for me, the quality and finish were as hoped for. Awesome customer service. They are very nice people.Edit, after first transaction, i ended up buying a custom ring off David. He makes beautiful stuff. Happy with my custom ring. If you want custom work they are def better than the other guy i used before David. Night and day in terms of caring and customer service. David cares and it shows.

My husband wanted to surprise me with this ring for our 25th anniversary! He was very pleased with the results as I was. This is a “WOW!” Ring! The emeralds were perfect, loved the cushion cut and the jeweler did a perfect number on the ring itself. I would not hesitate to recommend Skyjems to anyone out there. The contact, updates and service were beyond. The ring speaks for itself...I can’t stop staring at it on my finger!!! Highly recommend David to look after you!
