Been going to JD's for years after a bad experience with another place in town. It's good to find a mechanic you can trust, that is efficient and no-nonsense.

Our family was in Moncton on vacation and our vehicle was making some terrible noises. We called up JD's because it was just up the road from our hotel. They were booked up but said they didn't want to let a potential brake issue go, so they asked me to bring it by. I brought the car to them and an hour or two later it was good to go with fixed caliper and brakes. The price seemed fair and they used quality parts. We were lucky to have a good honest mechanic near by to get us home safely. Thanks!

2010 Honda Civic DX 4 door 1.8LQuoted me $180 (just the part) for a new muffler over the phone. 3 weeks later once I was able to get my car in, he charged me $309 for the muffler… Won’t ever be returning and I strongly don’t recommend this mechanic.

I needed to have my car looked at quickly, and i got in the same day. Both office mgr and mechanic got me fixed up quickly, without costing me an arm/leg. My car is working great. They made me feel like i was a priority, even tho they had a dozen vehicles waiting to be repaired.

Issue with battery check light intermittently appearing. I was told they were too busy to fit me in but I can come by and they'll have a quick look to see what the problem is. It turned out to be a non-issue and the mechanic was very honest. I appreciate their candor and time, which has given me a peace of mind.

JD's Garage is a great family run business. The owners are friendly and welcoming and the staff is very professional and take pride in the job they do. Whether is is maintenance work, inspections or oil changes the prices are extremely affordable, the best in town, and the work is top quality. We have used JD's garage for years and I have recommended countless people to them and everyone has walked away a happy customer and thanked me for the recommendation. If you are looking for an honest, affordable garage with quality work then this garage is the place.

Engine check light was on, the shop was booked up but made time to inspect my car to see what the problem was. Excellent service and advice, very honest. So appreciative of them squeezing in the appointment and courtesy throughout. Good pricing too.

Best garage in Moncton. Had car trouble on my way to ottawa and they took me in on the same day! 100% recommend.

Came highly recommended, communicating and price was okay but after my service I returned because of the good experience, only he refused to service my car on multiple occasions (different issues) and just found out parts from my car have turned up missing and original work not done correctly. Was a completely good experience work done and paid and we returned for other issues when he called us back after inspection said take it to dealer or Canadian tire...so we payed him and that’s what we did we took it to dealer. Dealer sais something missing out of engine from the original service was not done correctly (no it did or can not fall out) then we followed up with Canadian tire and fixed the issues JD refused to service. There was little to no interaction with the shop or it’s employees, for them to treat us like pariah and refuse a paying patron work on there car.

Most mechanics have a bad rep for doing work and charging you for something that was not needed, I can assure you this in not the case here! The mechanics at JD's Auto are stand up guys along with a lovely receptionist! If you are looking for an honest mechanic I can not stress enough how much I recommend this place! 10/10
