Bought a fridge and stove from Yuri and his team. Assisted me in finding the right items to suit our needs. When fridge didn’t work properly he sent out a technician right away. When that didn’t work he replaced with a similar model. Overall sale and after sales help has been very good!

So I went to keele location and asked for a upright freezer and they showed me one so I thought it was a freezer. On the receipt it also said freezer. When I brought it home it did not freeze anything. So I called the store and finally after 2 weeks later they send a Mexican guy with a girl to fix it and neither of the could speak English or could tell the diffrence between a fridge or freezer. After reading the tag I notice that it said household refrigerator. So I had to tell them that they made a mistake and wanted them to exchange it with a freezer like I asked for, the owner told me he needs a few days to look for a freezer same size and same price so I waited for about 2 weeks and no calls or reply. After calling him again they told me they will ship the new one next week. Another weeks passed and I called them then he finally told me that they don't remember scheduling a delivery for me. I Finally got fed up so I told them to either refund me the full amount or exchanged it for me in 2 days as I already had alot of frozen foods wasted. He told me to pay to deliver new one and also to pick up old one. After agreeing to it he promised to send it in few days so it's been 3 weeks since last time he answered my messages. So far it has been the worst experience I ever had with any appliance store I ever dealt with.

Purchased a good quality fridge, clean and functioning well. They also gave me a great deal and delivery isn’t so expensive. Thank you.

How convenient!! I bought a fridge here and paid $850 and exactly after 1 year it broke!!! First the freezer went and then the fridge went 2 months later. I bought a refurbished stove from another place and I’ve had it for 4 years no problems! It’s kind of aggravating because you would think that a place that specializes in used and refurbished appliances would take the initiative to fix the appliances to last longer than 1 year. They should have more integrity with their business and I’m sure they would have much more success. You would probably have better luck on kijiji than buying from this place! Beware.

Always good experience with this Company. My salesperson Christina helps me to find all appliances I need for my rentals by phone and they deliver in 4-5 days. She know all sizes and brands. East, cheap and good service. She give me 1 year warranty parts and labour

Great service! Had an issue with a stove I bought from them and their technician came out within a few days to fix it for me. Issue is fixed and their responsiveness throughout the process was greatly appreciated. Great people from the sales floor, delivery team, to the technician!

Buy second hand here at your own risk. They only have warranty for a year and after a year that's when you see problems with the appliance. I am now having to dole out money for repair. I won't recommend to anyone.Edit:So this is an update. I just found out that the control board is not working in my oven and that Maytag no longer provide replacement. Hopefully the technician will be able to fix it. Otherwise we will need a new oven. So this is a year after we bought from this company. Go ahead and waste your money. I wish I could give them zero stars. Just letting everyone know what's up with buying second hand from this place. Trash store.

I bought a double door GE Fridge.The display stopped working and the cooling stopped.They came 4hrs late to replace it with same model. a month later it died.Owner told me I'd get refund, sent me 5 cheques all post dated. His explanation that business was very slow. All the cheques bounced.He promised to e transfer, and then nothing, and then no response.

Purchased second hand appliances. Delivery on time. Good price. Jerry, my rep was excellent to deal with. One of the only few shops where you can get pre-owned apartment size washer and dryers.
