Terrible #TerribleWorst experience with 11N mississuga transit. Drivers never stop bus on some small miway stops. Everyday, I board 11 number bus from wilmar near subway street kipling. Even asked drivers multiple times about this and they talk rudely like they own the bus. Most importantly, this is not only my issue, many complained about this problem.

I was standing at intersection ROSE HEAVEN RD and IVORY ROSE ST nearly about night 12:32am (26 april 2023), i was waiting for 9w and driver didn’t stop even i was standing on the board of bust stand this is not the first time happening with me. I tried to complain about the driver but all helplines was closed. I request to Mi way to do something of drivers.Thanks

The drivers incompetence are beyond the level, when there are many people waiting at the stop, the target bus directly ignore and pass us without stopping, even so many people visibly wait at the stop! How can bus driver themselves decide which stop to stop just by their mood?! And next bus is 30 minutes later.

Garbage transit system, short buses on busy routes which leads to several full buses and long ones on routes that nobody go on. There could be 2 buses arriving at once at a station while you are waiting for the red light, and both leave just as the light turns green. Then you wait 10 minutes for another bus.

MiWay is a disgrace to the entire GTA. Worst bus drivers, worst bus timings, no fixed bus stop times. The bus drivers will just slam the door on your face. You can't even get a bus at 9pm at some main stops, as the next bus would come about 12 hours later.

The worst transit system for keeping their buses clean. It snowed over two weeks ago and their buses look like they haven’t been cleaned in 2 months. And they constantly smell like a homeless person was sleeping here. Not hygienic at all

EARLY BUSES ARE VERY BAD! NOT GOOD USE OF TECH, KEEP BUS INFO LIVE, ON A MAP EVEN! ...AND WHAT IS UP WITH THE YELLOW BARS ON SEATS?! ALSO SEATS ARE HARD AS STEEL, ZERO COMFORT. ...ON TRAK TO BECOMING MUDA RUSSIA 2.0 CANADA EH?
