horrible customer service and rude hair stylist...they gave another client my spot and never opened the door for me when I arrived for my appointment to explain, so nasty and so rude...they dont deserve any stars and I definitely wont be returning to this horrible establishment nor will I recommend them to anyone.

I've been seeing Vicky for a few months now. One of my bestfriends put me on to her. I'm really picky who does my weave. I just get a traditional sew in with leave out I don't do anything crazy I'm a basic lady haha, but she does it perfect every time and it's never too tight & my edges are growing for once along with the rest of my hair. I'm happy. Great prices. Clean quiet salon in Mississauga. Parking available for free. No attitude like these other young hair dressers. Another lady in the salon also does braiding, I've never seen her as I don't wear braids but wow I watch her sometimes she's fast. Definitely come here if your looking for a good service!

We found McQeens after being stood up by the original stylist that was supposed to do my daughter’s hair. The owner went above and beyond to help us...she was very kind and knowledgeable. She did an amazing job and had my daughter smiling the entire time, we highly recommend this gem!!
