Quick appointment time. Skilled artist to cut my hair. Loved what Jessica did with my hair. Protocols in place.

I've only ever walked in without making an appointment, and always get taken quickly. Normally in and out within an hour. They do a fantastic job and I find that I still like my haircut months later. The price is great as well. I paid 4x as much in British Columbia for a similar haircut. My toddler son also got his haircut here. They did a great job and he was comfortable with the entire process. Highly recommend.

I have gotten a haircut from this place twice, the first time i was happy with what was done, The second time was terrible, i only wanted the ends cut off and she cut more than 5 inches off!!!!! It was a different girl this time cutting my hair the younger girl there. I was tricked as she showed me how much she was cutting off and cut off way more. its going to take a very long time to get my hair back to the length it was AND i was charged more for the second hair cut. 20$, when it was 13-14$ the first time.

It started with my hair colouring. After 2 washes in aweek, all my grey and white showed up. I made a call and left message, the owner called me back second day and asked me to stop by and check on my hair.don't get me wrong, the owner was nice and explained the core of problems admitted that the hairdreeser doesn't have too much experience to dealing with Asian hair., She also said I will get discount for my next service, but in my opinion they should redone my hair since the issue appeared just within a week.Second incident, my daughter got hair cut recently, and it looked disaster. from my point of view, the hairdresser was not only has enough skill but also not being patient. with fully picture my daughter have been showing to her during the entire cutting time, she moved back and forth to shaving my daughter's hair until my daughter stopped her.The result of this cutting was totally out clue of my daughter's wish, the back of her hair was uneven, one part was longer than the other part and also some part was shorter and it looked like there is a uneven hole on the back of her hair. Honestly, I was about to call the owner make complain if I was not extremely busy and tired after work, I may do better than her with more patient and equiped tools.

Called in the morning and they got me in within an hour, to see Lori. I have had her in the past. I showed her a pic on my phone and she did an amazing job!!! I have received nothing but compliments all week at work on my hair. My husband loves it. Very pleased!

Went there to get my 4 yr old daughters first haircut. On the phone they told me one set price of 14 dollars. Then after we get there and shes gets the cut and all turned out to be 3 times that. It's like they made up a number just to grab more funds outta myself. I'm extremely not pleased. Was very rushed. My poor daughter was excited for wut turned out to be a disaster. Never returning. Total scam.
