I'll give a 10 star if I could. Ordered a pair of shoes online and realized it was big. Took it in and changed it. When I got home couple of days later it was tight . Called in and Tyler resolved and did an exchange for me seamlessly.

Rude, assuming staff. I walked in and was browsing for a new bag and was immediately told “The sale section is at the back.” Without even asking me what I was looking for or if I needed help, the disrespectful, assuming staff had just pointed me towards the sale section. Do better.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and concern with the recent encounter I had with Coach's product and customer service. My name is Bushra Adnan Khan, and I am an esteemed customer who purchased a leather bag from your esteemed brand on July 30th, 2022. The bag, a notable investment at $700 cash+ $250 I paid via my debitcard, was further customized to my preferences, reflecting my trust in the Coach brand's craftsmanship and reputation.Regrettably, after just a few time uses, I observed a distressing issue with the bag—both sides started sagging, significantly impacting its appearance and practicality. The bag's unfortunate deformation now occurs each time I use the shoulder strap, rendering it almost unusable. This unexpected and rapid deterioration in quality is disconcerting, especially considering my confidence in Coach's products.Seeking resolution, I visited the Square One Mall outlet from where I made my purchase. However, my encounter with the store manager was disheartening. Not only did she appear unhelpful, but her advice also lacked professionalism and understanding of the situation. She suggested limiting the bag's usage to the non-sagging side, as well as stuffing it to resolve the issue. Such counsel fails to align with the standards of excellence Coach should embody and contradicts the premium nature of your brand.Moreover, I was taken aback when the store manager seemed unable to locate my purchase information within your system. To provide indisputable evidence of my purchase, I have attached a copy of the receipt for your reference.Alarmed by this unexpected deterioration, I reached out to Coach's customer service via telephone. To my surprise and disappointment, the representative I spoke with failed to provide any viable solutions to address my concern. Furthermore, they were unable to locate my information within their system, exacerbating my frustration and leaving me feeling unheard and disregarded as a valued customer.As a loyal customer, I had expected Coach to deliver a higher level of service and support, particularly when faced with a concerning product issue. This encounter has profoundly shaken my confidence in Coach's commitment to customer satisfaction and quality assurance.With this letter, I sincerely implore the higher authorities at Coach to urgently address my grievance. I am seeking a comprehensive resolution to rectify this situation,restore my trust in the Coach brand, and ensure that such experiences are not repeated for other valued customersI am eagerly anticipating your immediate attention and a suitable course of action to address my concerns. I had an unpleasant encounter with Coach while attempting to price adjust two items during Canada Day. Despite being told I had two weeks to do so, the manager rudely exclaimed, This is the last time we're honouring this; it's getting ridiculous. Your account will be flagged." Such an absurd comment not only reeked of unprofessionalism but also reflects a disappointing level of customer service from Coach. This is not what I expect from an upscale brand like Coach operating out of Square One. Coach should reevaluate its customer service practices and provide comprehensive training to its staff and especially managers

I had an exceptional shopping experience at this location on Black Friday. All associates were friendly and greeting clients. Aman was great with helping me and offering other suggestions when my size wasn’t available in the shoes I wanted and gave accurate opinions on how the style fit. He was able to find my size in a different boot than I came in for and was friendly, personable and professional throughout the service of my purchase. I would definitely recommend shopping at this coach location.
