We used Mr. Polo’s services to inspect our first home. He was professional, efficient and spent the time to answer all our questions. Our inspection report was sent to us within 48 hours and Mr. Polo remained available to answer any questions we had. 5 stars, would recommend to anyone looking for an above quality inspector!

I had an amazing experience with Pierre Polo! He was extremely thorough during the inspection and he explained every little thing clearly. His inspection report included every little detail about the property we wished to purchase, which allowed us to make an informed decision. Most important, he made the inspection fun and interesting!!! I highly recommend him!

The inspector spent a lot of time and a rigorous amount of effort during the inspection. Even after the inspection was done, he spent a lot of time on the phone with me to help me understand the entire report. He was also very amicable and friendly, and it really made me feel like I was in good hands.Definitely recommend :).

Polo was so helpful and patient. He came mainly to do a full annual inspection to know the actual health of the property. Very professional and takes the times to explain each things in detail and give you recommendations. The report is very elaborated which will be very useful for me to prioritize what’s need to be done first. Thank you Polo for your service. I will definitely recommend him.
