Charlie and his team were awesome! Had a complete roof redone and this could not have been easier to arrange and finished earlier, on target with the estimate and without any hassle whatsoever. These guys left my driveway cleaner than when they arrived - took extra time and made sure it was free of nails and debris. High praise for their work and recommend you get a quote before settling for someone else. Can’t say enough - 5 stars indeed!

Charlie and the team at Fine Line Roofing gave as a really competitive quote. The people in our community recommended Fine Line highly and the conversation I had with Charlie sold me.The team came in and got our entire roof re-shingled in one day. Very efficient, friendly crew, the roof looks fantastic, and I have no doubt that if I had to call Charlie for any warranty or workmanship issues (not that I expect to have any problems) he would get us looked after.Definitely happy with the service we got and they're a solid recommendation to anyone reading.

We had our brick chimney replaced due to deterioration. Charlie and his crew were very professional, proficient and extremely tidy. Charlie was highly recommended and now I can extend that recommendation to others.

Between mid-2020 and early-2022, I used Fine Line Roofing & Masonry 4 times to repair damaged/missing shingles as a result from wind/storms. Each time, Charlie was extremely responsive and quick to schedule me in, often the same or next day. I was very happy with each repair, and the work held up during follow-on storms.Shortly before the last repair in Feb 2022, I made the decision to replace our 13-year-old roof, being tired of band-aid solutions knowing that shingles would continue to blow off. I contracted Fine Line Roofing & Masonry for the job, which was planned for the Summer 2022. In May 2022, more shingles had blown off the roof and leaks started to form at numerous places inside the house. I contacted Charlie to inform him of the latest issue and he rearranged the scheduling of planned jobs to put me next on his list. The replacement of my roof occurred later that same week!Each and every time, Charlie and his team were very professional, courteous, and definitely committed to customer service. They always took care to ensure that plants/gardens and property were protected, and any debris (including nails) were picked-up/removed. From start to finish, Charlie would always quickly respond to queries, and his team always arrived on-time and completed the jobs promptly.Since the roof replacement, our area has a number of weather events, including Hurricane Fiona. I am delighted to say that there hasn't been any issue with the roof and everything inside is nice and dry!My experience with Charlie (and Fine Line Roofing & Masonry) was excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone, for big jobs or small!

We were very happy with the roofing job done by Charlie and his team this past fall. They were prompt, courteous, and kept our yard clean of debris! We had a few follow up visits from Charlie, and so far, everything has been great. He was very responsive to our emails/texts.

Our roof was damaged in Hurricane Fiona. Charlie and his team were recommended by one of our neighbours. He came over within 24 hours of me contacting him and quickly did emergency repairs. A few glitches with insurance since they were understandably swamped but our repairs got done and everything looks great. Charlie and his team were amazing to work with throughout the process.

Charlie is very professional, responsive and honest. He gave us a quote in the fall for work in the spring and stuck to it. No surprises, even when the metal roof work took longer that expected due to a challenging roof formation on our house. His crew was friendly and hardworking. Great attention to detail, craftmanship and clean-up!

A 4 inch diameter water stain appeared on the ceiling in front of the fireplace in the living room. My mind went to the far right. Not a good time, just married, house insurance claim, the house inspector said the roof was intact, the poor-me list was quite brain extensive. I went on line, and began reading google customer ratings. Fine Line Roofing was too good to be true. 35+ 5/5 ?? Gave a call, with a small debrief to Charlie. He said he would be right over first opportunity. Charlie was timely as his word, carried out a roof top inspection. I was volunerable. He could of gone in any direction regarding the outcome. His calm transparent honesty and business integrity gave me such a sigh of relief. The rooftop flashing was caught quickly, and ended up being just normal racoon curiosity. The fix was 20 minutes, As for asking Racoons to leave the area permanently, that's a different department all together. Thank you Charlie, I highly recommend Charlie for anyone's roofing, chimney needs.

These guys are fine lines are amazing ! They are professional and boy do they work hard and with lightening speed !! Charlie is also amazing so prompt getting back to us and willing to work with us ! Highly recommend these guys !
