New bubble tea spot in Burnaby! Appreciate the cute spot - great for takeout but also a good amount of seats. I got the mochi milk tea with pearls which was reasonably priced with the amount of toppings. I really liked the pearls which was warm, but the mochi was meh - it was grainy and not bouncy like I have had at other spots.

I’m a big fan of bubble tea and I ran into this place right on its grand opening while I was shopping at Shoppers. I got fresh mango and loved it.I came back few days later and the staff suggested me green kiwi guava tea and it immediately became my favorite. I ended up ordering 6 to take out as they all tasted awesome! Would definitely come back!

2nd day in a row here! Oops! I love the green kiwi guava!! It’s sooo good, never seen this drink anywhere else. It has a nice mix of toppings with real kiwi bits, crystal balls and jelly. Today, I had the strawberry peach slush. The puree is super flavourful, the base is yogurty.Decor is cute too :)

A hidden gem! Great aesthetic and I love their fruity drinks (with actual fruits) would recommend add some salted cream cheese for a more creamy taste. Great customer service too!

Passing by this adorable bubble tea shop at Old Orchard mall while trying to find a place for some work emails. Warm and cozy decoration. Ordered a matcha strawberry latte, which is amazing! You can still feel the crunchy bites of strawberry freshness! Will come back next time for the handmade mochi as I came too early this morning and it was in the making.

Heard this was a newer store~!Service was quick and it's nice to see more affordable bubble tea place with good portion sizes ^^Really appreciate the cleanliness of the place.Got the Brown Sugar Fresh Milk - wasn't my favourite of all the Brown Sugars I've had before. However, they had so many drinks that I'm sure it'll be easy for me to find one I like more~

Me and my friend ordered these:• Fresh Green Kiwi Guava Fruit Tea• Mango Yogurt on the Rock• Original Bubble WaffleI got the kiwi guava fruit tea at 50% sugar and 30% ice ~ it was refreshing and light, Decent flavour, tastes like a standard fruit tea. It comes with large clear boba and some kind of jelly.Didn't try the mango yogurt, but my friend liked it. Can't go wrong with fresh mango, right? It says that they make their yogurt in-house. Maybe I will try it next time.We were disappointed in the lack of flavour of the bubble waffles.It's nice that their loyalty card is only buy 6 get 1 free vs other places requiring more purchasesNo lineups when we visited.

Their homemade yogurt adds a unique and delicious flavor, and the mochi topping has a great texture. These drinks are a must-try!
