Superior Service
Scratched our new washer while it was in for repair and didn’t want to fix the scratch. They eventually agreed to repair it. They came and hooked up a loaner washer for us but failed to connect the cold water hose properly so I basement got soaked with water. Horrible to work with.

Electrolux contracted with Superior Service when I called them about a problem with my brand new dryer. Superior service called to schedule the service visit quickly, showed up at the time given, diagnosed the problem, and provided a temporary fix while they ordered the necessary part. Once the part arrived, they called me quickly and came out the very next day to replace it. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I will use them for any future appliance issues we have. Great service!

They will reschedule you without notice until you call them for not showing up on the day they are supposed to be there. You wait at home for 4 hours, think they're late just to find out they're not coming for 3 more days then you gotta take another day off work even though chances are high they won't show again. I thought that was a 1 time thing a couple years ago but same exact situation just happened again. 2 stars because the repair man was friendly and did a good job but the company based in SSM, MI he works for is very unprofessional.

Not able to get appointment to have new refrigerator check under warranty. To busy. Their service may be good but didn't get to find out. I will try them again.

they Use a bizarre phone tactic. When you call them you most often get a recording stating the hours of operation and then the phone hangs up.The technicians are very good at diagnosing and Fixing appliances(Ps stay away from Samsung appliances)

Polite, professional and fast service. We live out of state and own a rental property in the Soo. As luck would have it our tenants refrigerator stopped working. I called them at 3pm and while speaking to them on the phone they promptly went and checked their inventory to see what they had in stock to fit the dimensions that we needed. I was able to pay for the refrigerator over the phone and the refrigerator was delivered that same day, within an hour after purchase! Great business and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!!
