Bravo! I have used Urban Valet for almost two years now since moving into the city. The quality of service is high but the customer service is outstanding. The Elmwood location manager's Sarah is awesome and it is always a pleasure to do business there!

I had an overall very positive experience with my first visit to Urban Valet. Sarah helped me estimate the costs of mending some well loved and worn clothes I brought in and ultimately decided to get the mendable ones mended.I received the update to pick up my clothes within 7- 10 days, the exact range I was given. Sarah was there again to give me back my order. The cost was cheaper than I expected, and of very good quality. I'm getting at least many more months from these clothes, if not years!Sarah even washed the clothes for me without me even asking (they had a smoky smell I wasn't able to wash out and now they smell super fresh). I'm quite impressed with the quality and care here. While I rarely have dry cleaning needs, I do wear down my favorite clothes into oblivion so it's a relief to know there's a great local business with super helpful manager and impeccable seamstress that can extend the lifetime of my favorite garments before their inevitable demise.I highly recommend Urban Valet and wish Sarah, the seamstress and the business the best!

This place is amazing. I've been using it for as long as I can remember. Sarah is always greeting me and every other customer with a smile. Somehow she knows everyone's name. Once or twice I've needed something very quickly and it was not a problem at all. Another time I left cash in one of my shirts and it was returned to me in an envelope. That's truly unbelievable.

Wonderful service, started taking all my jeans/pants there and they seem to be lasting much longer than throwing them thru my washer and dryer at home. Also very good with shirts and coats. Sara is always very nice. Highly recommend.

They were able to get a super stubborn oil stain out of my of my most expensive jackets and did it very quickly. Great service and good people.

I switched to Urban Valet (no relation) a few years ago after Rotundo's closed its doors for good. The service at Urban Valet is outstanding. Sarah and her team are friendly and do an amazing job with the dry cleaning. Very happy I found this place. Five Stars.

I recently took my wedding dress to them to be ironed. When I picked it back up, it was in the same condition I took it to them. I ended up having to iron the dress myself.

Sarah and her team have been taking great care of my clothes for a few months now. They’re reasonable with pricing and turn around time. Plus they’re right in my neighborhood! I’d recommend them to any of my friends needing dry cleaning.
