Staff are amazing kind and engaging. My hair dresser Katrina does an amazing cut. 5 stars from someone who has not been to a hair dresser in years.

First time using Chatters as my old stylist closed down. Easy booking online.. Reception was very welcoming and friendly. Minsum, my stylist, was just a pleasure. I have found my new stylist. Easy 5 stars

Bless you, Brae at Atmosphaire for fixing the unsightly mess a stylist from Chatters Tillicum did to my hair! You made my hair look even better than before the Chatters stylist ruined it. You are extremely talented :) I'm so happy!My hair pre-Chatters appointment: very nice, natural looking blonde highlites done by a super talented STUDENT stylist at Academy of Excellence in September.Nov 9 I went in to Chatters to get my dark roots w/grey colored and add a few face-framing blonde highlites. The stylist seemed inexperienced, so she was being advised by another stylist, whom I assume was a senior stylist?? Over 3 hours later...My hair post-Chatters appointment: ugly, coppery blonde roots with the rest of my hair a dull, lifeless, mousy brown. She toned away all my blonde highlites and made a mess of the roots; light roots and dark hair, not very attractive.I had to pay $129 for this atrocity; was offered to come back the next day for a complimentary re-do because sorry I can't fix it tonight

I just received the very BEST haircut and color that I have ever received!!!Minsun did an outstanding job and I am thrilled! My hair looks utterly amazing...It is so soft, and the color is unbelievable! Very very happy with the service and Minsun was so sweet and kind. She made my day! Thank you!

Went in for a haircut and will not be going back. She used clippers with no guard or comb and one side by my ear is shorter than the other. Have wedding to attend in two weeks, hopefully its grown in by then

Sorry, but I'm still dwelling on how unimpressed I was with my hairdresser about a week ago. There were so many things that she failed to do properly, including straightening my hair nicely etc etc - I fixed it myself when I got home, and as a result of her errors she ended up staining my shirt with bleach or hair dye... I did appreciate the professional help I received from the manager today though where he helped to fix the situation with my ruined shirt. The staff there are nice, I'm guessing I didn't receive the most experienced hair dresser the day I went. Anyway I'll give 3 stars, because of my experience today :)

My hair was cut so short on the top and is absolutely nothing like my reference photo, i’m upset with how it looks and I wont be returning back to chatters any time soon. This haircut was nothing like any of the photos I had shown and it is so short I cant style it properly to anything I would want, I am very upset with the outcome of this haircut and it’s probably my worst case scenario.

I went to the Tillicum road location and they were setting the store up as if it was brand new, couldn't purchase anything so it was a wasted trip. If it's not open yet, don't show it as open on Google.

I have been going to Chatters in Tillicum Mall for years. My stylist is Sarah. I used to buy a certain shampoo there which they no longer sell. Darren offered to order it in for me. Thank you Darren
